CCTVCAD SOFTWARE. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

LICENSE GRANT

CCTVCAD Software hereby grants you a non-exclusive license of VideoCAD (further "Software" ) in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

TERMS OF USE

A personal license with acivation allows you to install the Software on two computers (work and home or mobile) belonging to the license owner. The Username on both computers must be the same. Running the program simultaneously on two computers is prohibited.
A corporate license with activation allows installation on the number of computers specified in the license.
In case of installation on a virtual machine, installation of the virtual machine with installed Software on more than one computer is prohibited.
It is allowed to reinstall the Software to new computers with preliminary uninstallation from old computers. The number of the reinstalls is not limited.

A license with USB dongle allows you to install the Software on many computers, but launch it on only one computer with the dongle connected.

DEMO VERSION

You can free use the VideoCAD demo version for educational purposes, for research, theses, writing articles, etc. non-profit activities.

OWNERSHIP

The Software is proprietary to CCTVCAD Software and protected by international copyright treaties. You may not modify,
translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the rights to the Software or remove any proprietary notices on the Software.
You may not make copies of the Software except for archival purposes.

NO DISTRIBUTION

You are not permitted to make the Software available on a network server, nor distribute the Software to other parties.

REGISTRATION KEY

Registration key is a password allowing you to activate the Software on computers and get techincal support with confidencial information.
You accept the responsibility for the safety of your key. If your key is used to activate the Software on someone else's computer, you will not be able to use the Software on your computer.
CCTVCAD Software does not grant additional keys in case your key was stolen or your activations are in use on other computers.
If your key is available on the Internet, it will be blacklisted, and your license will be considered lost.

DONGLE

In case of license with USB dongle, the dongle is a material carrier of the VideoCAD license. In case of losing the dongle the license is considered lost too.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

CCTVCAD Software guarantees technical support by e-mail during one year after purchase.

PERSONAL DATA

In case of a license without USB dongle, the Software can transfer to the developer's site only information necessary for the operation of the licensing system in form of hashes. A hash is a digital fingerprint. Using hashes, it is impossible to restore the original information about the computer and the user. The Software does not transmit any other information. In case of a license with USB dongle, the Software does not even connect to the developer's site.
Thus, with any type of license, you can be sure that your personal data, information from your projects about the equipment used is not transferred outside your computer.

FREE UPGRADES

For permanent licenses CCTVCAD Software promises free upgrades to new versions of the same modification of the Software and access to on-line update of databases of real camera models during one year after purchase regardless of version number. After one year upgrades become paid.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SOME COUNTRIES DO NOT PERMIT EXCLUSIONS OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CCTVCAD SOFTWARE, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY LIABILITY IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, FOR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
CCTVCAD SOFTWARE DOES NOT GUARANTEE OPERABILITY ON VIRTUAL MACHIVES, ON COMPUTERS WITH INSTALLED PROGRAMS THAT DISRUPT OPERATION OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM, A DAMAGED OPERATING SYSTEM OR FAULTY COMPONENTS.

TERMINATION

The license will terminate automatically if you violate any of the provisions of this agreement. A temporary license terminates upon expiration of the license term.
On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
